Fixed: hours could be added twice
Approving the same payment twice, for example from two open tabs, could add a student's hours twice. Approving payments, recording payments, changing hours and deleting history now each happen in one safe step, so a student's hours always add up.

Fixed: deleting an unapproved payment took hours away
If you deleted a payment that was still waiting for approval, or one you had turned down, the student lost hours they never received. Deleting those payments now leaves their hours as they are.

Fixed: some booking times were out of reach
On a busy day, the booking calendar cut off the later times and would not scroll down to them. Every available time can now be reached and booked.
